About Me

Bishnu subedi: Mr Bishnu subedi has been in the mainstream of Nepalese journalism for one and half a decade. Currently he is working in Annapurna Post daily news paper. Subedi started his career in 2052 as a reporter for the national daily Himalaya times where he worked for around 8 years.He completed master's degree on journalism and mass communication from Tribhuban University. His writing has been focused on the issues of governance, parliamentary matters,Electoral process and defense affairs. He achieved two awards for best anti-corruption reporting -one from Transparency international Nepal and another from Anti corruption constitutional body CIAA (Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority).He is also honored by US Embassy of Nepal for his special reporting on social issues.He involved in the observation tour for special reporting of UN peace keeping campaign in Haiti and Congo.He participated in dozens of trainings and workshops related with the field. He also attended some international workshops and seminars. He has also involved in media related research works and other academic activities. He is a council member of FNJ ( Federation of Nepalese journalist).
